چکیده
The testes are highly susceptible to the adverse effects of chemotherapy and radiation at all stages life. Exposure these threats mainly occurs during cancer treatment as an occupational hazard in centers. present study investigated regenerative ability adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADMSCs) against cisplatin on structure function testes. New Zealand white male rabbits (N = 15) were divided into three groups five: a negative control group (no treatment), (single dose each testis), with ADMSCs (cisplatin was injected followed by ADMSC injection days later). On day 45 post-treatment, serum testosterone levels evaluated, epididymis collected for histology, epididymal sperm analysis. Cisplatin caused damage testicular tissue decreased counts ADMSC-treated displayed moderate count, suitable hormone levels, enhanced morphology. damaged modified pathological changes cisplatin.

Objective(s): Adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells (AT-MSCs) with more potent immunomodulatory effects, greater proliferative potential and secretion of growth factors and cytokines in comparison with bone marrow derived MSCs are more appropriate for cell therapy. The aims of the present study were to evaluate the histomorphometric effect of AT-MSCs allotransplantation on regeneration ...

Purpose To investigate the immunoregulatory roles of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADSCs) in autoimmune dacryoadenitis. Methods Rabbits were treated with ADSCs or phosphate-buffered solution on days 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 after injection of activated peripheral blood lymphocytes, and clinical scores were determined by assessing tear production, break-up time, and fluorescein and hematoxy...
متن کاملEvaluating the Viability of Adipose Tissue-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells in Diabetic Culture Media Model
Introduction: In diabetes mellitus, stem cells are exposed to inappropriate conditions such as an increase of glucose in extracellular space, oxidative stress, and deprivation from growth factors (following ischemia). This study was aimed to evaluate the effect of these conditions on stem cells. Methods: Stem cells were isolated from subcutaneous adipose tissue of rats. The cells were maintaine...

Objective(s): It has been shown that adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (AD-MSC) have protective effects in acute kidney injury (AKI). This study was conducted to assess the therapeutic effects of AD-MSC in rats subjected to acute kidney injury by 45 min of renal ischemia followed by 48 hr of reperfusion (I/R).
